Sounds about right to me.
When we installed the newer Delta V (with GC-GCCIII and EA-ConfloIII)  
with a new power conditioner rated for 8kVA (instead of the old single  
phase transformer), the electricians had to boost the Amps on the  
circuit breaker to 40A from 30A.
And looking into back power generation for the building recently, the  
37A-38A number came up. (We are getting an UPS to replace the power  
conditioner as part of that project.)
