We are building a roller mill for homogenizing soil samples, using
stainless steel balls/rods in scintillation vials for homogenation of
samples with high sand content. Although the carbon content in SS is
very low (.03 - .15%), has anyone experienced SS contamination of carbon
isotope analysis?
Thanks,
Matt
