A call is opened for a postdoc fellowship at the University of Evora,
Portugal, under the project “*Por3O - Portuguese Olive Oil Omics for
traceability and authenticity*”.

This fellowship is designed for a researcher with previous hands-on
experience on the analysis of bulk and compound specific stable isotopes
(C, N, O, H, S) in food matrices by EA-IRMS and GC-IRMS. Previous
experience in ICP-MS elemental analysis in food matrices will also be
considered as a relevant skill.

The deadline is 10th of February.
