Hi Les,

Hard to tell exactly what you are after, but it could potentially be a 
jump calibration issue.  I assume you are probably jumping between N2 
and CO2?  I've seen this problem when ISODAT forgets the CO2 magnet 
setting.  You can check that in the gas calibration window.  If you see 
a "?" for CO2 instead of its previous magnet setting, then try 
recalibrating the jump in instrument control.   If this doesn't work, 
you are probably looking at digging into the ISODAT scripts or 
reinstalling the software (or a recent backup from Version Handler).
