The 7th International Conference on Applications of Stable Isotope
Techniques to Ecological Studies will be held August 9-13, 2010, on the
University of Alaska Fairbanks campus in Fairbanks, Alaska, USA.
*A reminder that abstracts should be submitted by **April 8th** for both
poster and oral presentations. *
Registration is also open ($400 regular/$300 student). Housing rates and
availability are guaranteed through *June 8*, and late registration beyond

We are also pleased to announce that the conference will be preceded by a
one day workshop on Mixing Models, with an emphasis on current Bayesian
approaches. This workshop will be held on* Sunday August 8th*, and will be
free. Space is limited, so interested participants are encouraged to
register early, using the link on our website, above. Slots will be filled
on a first come, first served basis. More details to follow on the website.
This Conference is held biennially and follows a tradition of productive,
interactive meetings that started in 1998 in Saskatoon, Cananda and has
since been held in Braunschweig, Germany (2000), Flagstaff, Arizona, USA
(2002), Wellington, New Zealand (2004), Belfast, N. Ireland (2006), and
Honolulu, Hawaii, USA (2008).
We hope to see you all in Fairbanks in August, and encourage you to book
travel soon (summer is tourism season in Alaska)!
