Hilary,

I am new to this discussion group, but I have 15 years of experience with
GC and GC MS systems.  I also have worked on the AS800 autosampler since it
was introduced.  As far as memory effects from the autosampler go, it is
really sample dependent. What I have always done is change the amout of
washes to see how many were needed, if that doesn't work, you may need to
use more than one solvent, or a different solvent.  If you are still have
