Dear Isogeochem Members,

Please see attached a PhD opportunity jointly based in my lab at McGill University and in the lab of Josué Jautzy at the Geological Survey of Canada in Québec City. The project is focused on the biogeochemistry of methane in the permafrost active layer, including measurements of methane clumped isotopes. Please forward to any interested applicants.

Note that the official application deadline is very soon, February 28th, but we can also potentially consider later applications with a start date in January 2023. Also, officially we are looking for a candidate that already has an MSc, but applicants with a BSc and experience in biogeochemistry are also welcome to apply. Feel free to get in touch with any questions.

Best wishes,

Peter
