This is going to sound simplistic, but I wish there was a way to measure how
much noise and variance there is in the AC. Moving some things onto
Constant-Voltage & Noise-Reducing Uninterruptable Power Supplies seems to solve
many intermittant problems.   For example, it be very revealing if one knew that
the connections are dropped during that milisecond when Burlington Electric
supplied 98Vac instead of 110.
