So. We're at 4 weeks and counting. I know you're all still enjoying
break, but I wanted to touch base, see how you are, and get some input
on final plans for Jamm'n.
First, I want to thank you all for all of your help, support and ideas
thus far. Now we come to the part of Jamm'n were we make it all
happen! There are a few things that I need to know before we get
back, and I'd like to host a meeting next week, so I need to know when
people are available.
1) If you delivered letters to potential sponsors, who said maybe?
And can we follow-up on them? I need to know where we stand on door
prizes and donations.
2) We need ways of expression FeelGood and THP's missions during
Jamm'n. I'm talking posters, power points, videos, skits, statements,
doesn't really matter what the vehicle is, as long as it gets a
message across. Who's interested? What can you do?
3) Posters. We will be covering Burlington and UVM twice with
posters. But first, we'll need to make them a wee bit more festive.
Who wants to help color and distribute?
4) What other ideas do you have, would you like to pursue for Jamm'n.
Tell me or just do it. I believe in you.
5) UVM TV connections? How can we get them there to document the event?
6) Does anyone have a video camera and would be willing to document
Jamm'n for our own purposes?
7) MEETING: CHOOSE an evening MONDAY TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY
I know this is kind of long. Sorry about this. I just finished
talking with Corin and I wanted to talk to you because I'm feeling
inspired! This could be the Jamm'n that sets a front up for FeelGood
in the larger Burlington Community. How exciting is that!
