Heidi-san,

This student, Robin, is a senior year of high school and planning to
visit UVM on Columbus Day weekend (Oct 7-9).
She is interested in the Japanese House. It would be great if you
could make an arrangement of the house tour for her that weekend.
Please let me know.

If possible, please send her an invitation(email) to the house.
Her email address:
(Her name is Robin Donovan)

Thank you.
