This is a request to all providers of Supported Employment Services
to help in recruiting consumers to attend the February 7 and 8
retreat on Supported Employment at Morey Lake Inn. (See registration
flier below)
There are some additional resources to provide scholarships for
consumers, on a first-come, first-served basis. We are looking for
anyone who has experienced work support, and who would want to share
their insights with others who have a stake in the future of
Supported Employment in Vermont.

This two-day retreat will be an opportunity to join colleagues
providing all types of employment support for persons with
disabilities in:
-- assessing the current state of supported employment in Vermont,
-- looking at issues, concerns and trends that lie ahead for our
state in supported employment,
-- developing strategies and models for moving supported employment
into a creative and growing future,
-- considering ways APSE can strengthen employment support throughout
the state,
-- and share in fun and renewal in a beautiful winter setting.
Who should come: any person interested in, working in, or being
served by supported employment programs throughout the state of Vermont.
Cost: $90 per person (total for all meals and overnight
accommodations). All participants must attend the full event. This
low cost is made possible by the generous underwriting of Division of
Disability and Aging Services and Division for Vocational
Rehabilitation Medicaid Infrastructure Grant.
Consumer Scholarships: Additional scholarship funds are available for
consumers planning to attend.
Registration Deadlines: Return the form below, along with your check
made payable to Vermont APSE by January 20, 2007, in order to secure
accommodations and guarantee your registration. Mail your completed

your agency schedule and for financial support, BUT ABOVE ALL, GET
YOUR REGISTRATION IN ASAP, AND BEFORE JANUARY 20, 2007.
NOTE: PARTICIPATION IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 50 APPLICANTS.
