When I send the disk, should it include kids in JOBS, that are not open to VR? Up until now, I have not included them, because that's what I was instructed to do. At the last meeting I thought I heard something including all kids in JOBS.

Hello JOBS Program Coordinators:
I have volunteered to assist Glen with the collection of Closure Indicators summaries this year!~.
I am writing to enlist your support to complete the JOBS Program legislative update for Fiscal Year 2004. As you know this data, combined with closure data from previous years continues to help us strengthen existing JOBS sites and expand impact of this program. Please take a few minutes to complete the attached JOBS Program Closure Indicators Questionnaire for each young person who was successfully closed from October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004. The vocational rehabilitation counselors assigned to your program can give you the names of individuals who have been successfully closed during this time period.
Please use this form for each individual, rather than creating a new form. Please forward completed forms to Jan Sherman by December 10, 2004.
