JOBS CASE MANAGER -Dynamic position providing mental health support 
and case management to transitional-aged youth seeking employment. 
Must be able to balance duel roles of mental health clinician/case 
manager and vocational support.   Must be a strong advocate, 
comfortable with care coordination, working in the community, and 
working with adolescents.  Driver's license and reliable vehicle
