We will be implementing a new patient entertainment system (TV/Internet/Closed Circuit TV) in the fall and are interested in gathering some information regarding patient education uses and patient satisfaction.

In particular:


*         Has anyone used the patient entertainment system to survey patient satisfaction? If so what questions did you ask? How far into the patient's hospital stay did you conduct the survey?

*         Is your Library or Patient Education Centre involved in providing content for the patient entertainment system?  Do you help maintain the information - for example checking currency of the material? Are you the decision maker for what is added?  What kind of content have you added to the bedside terminals?

I am happy to provide a summary to those interested.
