To those of you who've recently requested a copy of the above-mentioned
document, my apologies for not sending it out sooner--I've been trying to
figure out a way to re-send the file in an uncoded manner with no success.
 
Therefore, I will be sending them out shortly.  For any future requests, I'm
going to have to ask you to send me a self-addressed envelope, as (how do
you spell I-N-U-N-D-A-T-E-D?) the volume of requests have exceeded my
ability to fill them (at this rate, I'm going to have to put in another
