Hi Medlibbers, 

Its me again...  I have been asked to see if there is a copy of James R Rogers and Ralph A Alexander's Suicide Assessment Checklist on the public domain.  I have found the checklist attached to an article in Journal of Mental Health Counseling 1994 and will call the publisher for copyright clearance if a public one is not 'out there'.  I also found a curriculum vitae for Dr. Rogers which has his contact info, since I may have to contact him directly.  But I wanted to check here first.
