to nominate a worthy HLS colleague for a Professional Recognition Award

The MLA Hospital Library Section strives to recognize the significant
accomplishments of its members. Awards that recognize such
accomplishments also serve to advance the profession by spotlighting
success. Awards are given in the four areas of
*	Leadership
*	Research
*	Publication
*	Technological Innovation

The "Catch a Rising Star" award honors members who have been in the
profession five years or less and have already carved a niche for
themselves. .

Or, nominate a colleague for the 2007 Scroll of Exemplary Service. 

Please, don't be shy; put your own name forward as well!

Think of colleagues with whom you work, members of committees you may be
involved in and hospital librarians of note in your local chapter and
nation-wide MLA
