Good afternoon all! Please excuse cross-posting. I know this is a busy time of year for everyone, but we wanted to remind you all to put out next SCR CONNECTions webinar on your calendar before the holiday break begins! Our next session, Trends in Technical Services featuring guest speaker Eugenia Beh, will take place Wednesday, January 10 at **2 pm CT / 1 pm MT.** Please note the time change from our regular schedule.
Please see below for further information or check out our website<https://nnlm.gov/scr/professional-development/connections> for details on how to join the session. Please also spread the word and share this announcement with any other interested parties! We appreciate your time and assistance in letting others know about our sessions.
For those who missed our last webinar, SCR CONNECTions - How to Make the Case for Integrating Health Literacy Throughout Your Organization earlier this month, the recording is available online for viewing. Check our Archived Webinars page<https://nnlm.gov/scr/professional-development/archived-webinars> for the link or view the video directly here<https://youtu.be/nBk4_PNW4G4>.

Title: Trends in Technical Services
Guest Speaker: Eugenia Beh, Electronic Resources Librarian, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)
Date: Wednesday, January 10, 2018
Time: 2pm - 3pm CT / 1pm - 2pm MT **Please note time change.**
Speaker Bio: Eugenia Beh is an Electronic Resources Librarian at the MIT Libraries. She lives in Boston now but has Texas roots, having received her MSIS from the University of Texas at Austin (hook 'em!) and having previously worked at the Texas A&M University Libraries (gig 'em!) prior to coming to MIT. She is the current Marketing and Social Media Coordinator for NASIG and a past president of the Asian Pacific American Librarians Association (APALA), one of the five ethnic caucuses of the American Library Association (ALA). MIT and Boston are great but she does miss good Tex-Mex and Texas winters.
