Dear Colleagues:
 
One of our directors  in psychiatry has a page from a book or manual with
abbreviation FE:HASSP in the bottom left corner.  The page is
entitled "Applying the AMH's Restraint standards".  She really needs
to know what FE:HASSP stands for.  I would appreciate any suggestions.
