Greetings Folks,

I am looking for information for a rather specific query, "The use of
scribes in the Emergency Department for ED physicians". Now, I have
searched OVID, PubMed, EBSCO, and Google. My search has yielded rather
slim results and also, rather dated. Also, we are looking at focusing on
efficiency, decrease time to treatment, and patient satisfaction. The
Google search resulted in documents pertaining to newsletters and
procedures. Has any relevant research been conducted within this area in the
past five years? Thanks for all the assistance.

  Cordially,
  Ken Partin, Medical Librarian
