There's an article about the Internet in the July 20, 1994 (vol. 68, no. 14,
page 52) issue of HOSPITALS & HEALTH NETWORKS.  The title is "The world at
their fingertips: Rural providers turn to Internet," but the article is not
specific to rural situations.  It could be of value to librarians hoping to
convince administrators of the need for access or as a justification for
