Has anyone paid the site license fee to access the AHA's Circulation Online
Only?  We had one of our cardiologists request an article that is only
available online from the April 13, 1999 issue of Circulation this morning
and discovered that we'd have to pay an institutional site license of $356
to get access to the online articles in Circulation.  Site license fees also
apply to AHA's other journals (Cardiovascular Research, Stroke, etc.)  We
already pay for the paper copy plus the OVID edition and now there's this
new edition.
