**When you wish to send a *personal* reply to the individual who
contributed a MEDLIB-L message, CREATE A NEW MESSAGE INSTEAD
OF USING "REPLY."
 
**CAUTION:   your mail system may appear to have a command which
will direct your reply to the individual rather than the list, but generally this
