Back in April, I announced the availability of a printed continuing medical education module, Medical Ethics and Professionalism."  The module has now been loaded onto the Texas Medical Association Web site at www.texmed.org/education_cme/cme/ec_cmeethics_prof.htm

The course, which costs $10 for TMA members and $15 for non-members (postage and sales tax included), has been approved for one hour of AMA PRA Category 1 CME credit until April 30, 2001and fulfills the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners' new ethics/professional responsibility requirement.  TMA is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians.
