Thank you for sharing, Linda. It is nice the JC examiner stopped, asked questions, and was interested in your resources. I, too, hope medical libraries appear on Joint Commission's radar:)

I don't think that was it at all. I think it was probably a resource he uses so he is asking whether we have it. I don't think he would have cared what product it was but rather what it did. They actually took a look at some of our resources on our intranet site.
I think we all should be looking on the positive side to this interaction not the negative aspects. I wrote to the list because I was so surprised that they actually came to the library at all, that they had good questions, and that they had interest in what I had to say.
I am hoping this is a change that we are all going to see with them as we sure could use it.
