Hi all,

I have a patron who is looking for the following information:

How many intra-dermal and subcutaneous needles are used in the United
States per year?

--> How many in North America?

--> How many intra-dermal and subcutaneous needles are used by medical

service groups (breakdown by: E/R, immunology, pediatrics, etc.)?

--> What are the average retail costs of intra-dermal and subcutaneous

needles?

I have no idea if this is an answerable question. I have tried
MEDLINE, CINAHL, ABI/Inform, Health Business Fulltext Elite, and just
plain googling. I went to a few manufacturing companies who make
needles and didn't find that useful either. Please let me know if you
can think of anything that might help.

Thanks!

Laura
