Currently I am putting together a web page for our library of what journals
we have that are available online.  The sources I check are PubMed's list
of what Medline has online; http://www.ncbi.nlm.gov/PubMed/fulltext.html

Also, if you have access, check out Ebsco's product, "Ebsco Online" at
http://www.ebsco.com/online/
