I'd contact Medical Economics, publisher of the PDR.  They probably have a
complete run.  Otherwise NLM??

Hi.  I have a podiatrist looking for info from a 1975 PDR.  Can anyone
tell me if these would still be available anywhere?  I need info on
Ethyl Chloride used as a topical anesthetic.  I will appreciate any help
from this wonderful list!  Thanks!
