 ------------ Got Books? survey link https://redcap.cheori.org/surveys/?s=NYLXM9HX4A ---------------

The Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario and Ottawa Children's Treatment Centre (CHEO-OCTC) has a volunteer-driven literacy program called Let's Read! / Lisons! We want to strengthen this service, so we are seeking input from other hospitals to learn about their programs. We have contacted a number of institutions directly, as well as posting to MedLib and CanMedLib.

If you are at a pediatric hospital (or a hospital that serves this age group) and would be willing to complete a survey regarding your hospital's reading or literacy programming (or lack thereof) we would appreciate any information you can provide. The length of time you spend completing the survey will depend on the level of detail you provide. You can access the survey at https://redcap.cheori.org/surveys/?s=NYLXM9HX4A

Please complete this by January 15, 2018. We intend to post a summary to the lists mid-February 2018. If you have any questions or would like more information, please do not hesitate to contact me, the project lead, at [log in to unmask] or 613-737-7600 x2207 to discuss.

Sincerely,
Margaret
