Hi Paula,

When I was doing a Wellness Weekly Newsletter for employees I found the
following website which was useful.

http://www.webmd.com/diet/evaluate-latest-diets

Hope this helps,
Nicole

A doctor asked me to find him info on "exercise and diets fads/trends"
to use for an upcoming talk to the public. The stuff of informercials
and blogs has no scientific/medical back-up. I found him credible
weight loss information (i.e., what works, so by process of
elimination
he can figure out what doesn't work). But where does one find
professional articles on the Shakey weight? I guess my question is:
how do you find information that disproves popular, "in the media"
stuff?
