Hello,

We need to revise our computer/Internet use policy and are seeking other hospital library policies. We are a two hospital system and provide library services free of charge 24/7 for all hospital medical staff, hospital team members, and students. Library services are provided free of charge during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm) to patients, family members, and the community. We have 1 1/2 librarians that cover two full service libraries; so, there are often times when one library is unstaffed and is "self-serve". Each library as multiple computer stations with access to the Internet, databases, software, etc. Appropriate computer use policies exist for team members during working hours.

We need to develop a policy and signage for appropriate computer/Internet use for the public, off-hours, etc., and would greatly appreciate your input and, if possible, copies of your policies.

Best regards,
