It is possible that the interest is stemming form the fact that use of
Clinical Decision Support software in the electronic medical record system
is a required criteria to receive the HITECH EHR Bonus and providing patient
specific education resources is a recommended criteria. Maybe the JC will
write library resources back into the requirements.
