Is anyone using a database to capture questions asked at the reference desk?
We're looking at developing a system that would capture the question asked,
the response given and then assigning a subject heading that would assist
with our stat reports. Can anyone share their form or other ways in which
people are capturing this type of info?
Many thanks.
