At the end of part one of the Guidelines, I wrote, Revised May 11, 2002.
Since I cannot time travel, so much for perfection, today.
BTW: This is a perfect example of the kind of error that a spill checker will
NOT notice. Wish I could say I did it on purpose, as an example.
