Dear Medlibers

 

My Quality and Patient Complaints manager  is hoping to formulate a
staff knowledge quiz about what they know of patient complaint handling
processes. This quiz will be used before a project to provide education
on complaint handling, then used after education sessions are completed
to see if there is any knowledge improvement. 

 

Has any such research been done in your institution or others? My
institution is a major metropolitan hospital in Sydney with a very
multicultural population. It has 200+ beds and offers services in Heart,
Drug & Alcohol, Gastroenterology, General Medicine, Maternity,
Orthopaedics, Rehabilitation.

 

Any help or suggestions for search words would be appreciated.
