file, version 2.0, is at last available.  The FAQ speaks to questions
which have been asked on this newsgroup, as well as on other newsgroups
and mailing lists of interest to ESL/EFL/ESOL professionals worldwide, their
students and those who wish to go abroad to teach English.
 
In this version, the FAQ has been completely overhauled: many new
