Thanks to everyone who has responded.  With several suggestions, I have
cleared the cache and cleared the history and it looks like these fixes may
work!  Hope it works for everyone who said they were having the same
problem.

Subject: "page has expired" warning

We are still getting the "Warning: Page Has Expired" notice using Internet
Explorer for PubMed.  The fix someone suggested of changing the setting to
"every visit to the page" doesn't help us since that's the setting we've
been using.  Is this problem ours alone, or is it happening to anyone else?
Are there any other suggestions for correction?
