Our hospital is looking for a template for a daily progress note that can be
used for most surgical cases. I  have searched everything I can think of but
we are not happy with any of the results found to date.Can anyone share with
me a daily progress note used by their facility?
You can e-mail me separately  and I will share any information I get with
any interested libraries.Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
