Just a reminder that the deadline for returning your Teaching
Practices survey is approaching. Initialy, it was set fo January
23rd, but because of the short notice I am adding another week to the
deadline, making it January 31st.

The survey was sent through surface mail to all academic medical libraries
in United States and Canada and randomly selected hospital libraries.

This message is also to alert you about the survey and about the
importance of the results. It is very important to get as much feedback as
possible. If you have not received the survey, you can fill out the survey
that is an attached file to this message. Please, mail or fax the survey
