Thanks to all of you who tried to help me with this.  Many of you sent
references, search strategies, book chapters, etc.  I believe that the
answer for the cardiologist is here, though he may have to figure out some
formulas.  But I never did find anything that told me exactly what the
false positive and false negative rates were for nuclear stress tests.  So,
I am going to give him what I have and hope that he will accept all the
work that I did and that you helped me with.  Have a nice weekend all of
