I've been asked about resources for already-created, standardized nursing care plans for diagnoses that do not appear in our system. The nurses do not want to have to create a care plan from scratch.
The diagnoses for which they are trying to create an NCP:
1. Acute Kidney Injury or Renal Insufficiency
2. Dysfunctional gastrointestinal motility
These options have already been explored / are in use / have been rejected by them: alternative terms, e.g., "acute renal failure", "gastrointestinal dysmotility", Zynx, Epic/Connect, NANDA Nursing Diagnoses, NIC, NOC, Nurses Specialty Organizations' statements.
Are there other resources and/or products? I think this is a long shot!
Thanks!
