Good afternoon!

I have a request for current protocols or guidelines on Anti Infective Lock Therapy or Antibiotic Lock Therapy Solutions from other institutions.  I have found a few, but not any recent.
(Central Venous Catheters (CVC) Lock Therapy) "University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics Guidelines for Anti-Infective Lock Solutions"

If possible, please help and share your Institutional Protocol and/or Guidelines with us.
