I only had three responses to my question directed to any hospitals with event/meeting broadcast systems directed to the public.  Two of those requested a summary.  
 
The one response with information said their hospital had a closed loop system for the physicians.  If we go forward with this project, I'll let everyone know what we ended up doing.
