Can someone please help me. We want to purchase the following
publication listed on Amazon.com:

1996 Comprehensive accreditation manual for pathology and clinical
laboratory services, published by JCAHO.

We would like to check the 'List of Contents' to ensure that it
is indeed relevant to our needs. Unfortunately this book is not
available in South Africa. I contacted JCAHO (telephone and e-mail)
but instead of sending me the LOC for this book, they sent me a
catalog of publications.

I would appreciate it if someone is willing to fax me the
information.
