RE: E-Biomed Proposal and MLA

To follow-up Scott's reference, MLA responded to the E-Biomed Proposal with
a message to Dr. Varmus around May 25, 1999, and he in turn acknowledged
the receipt of MLA's message (the Board discussed E-Biomed at their
pre-MLA'99 meetings). Unfortunately, MLA's message of support and
recommendation to add a medical librarian to the planning board is not
posted to the Proposal's web site.
