Dear Medlibbers:

I have a request for a search on all causes of death in doctor's office 
- such as slip and fall, allergic reaction to medication, and all other 
causes-- anything in the literature.
I searched both Ovid and PubMed using MeSH headings and also keywords 
such as death, sudden death, doctor's office, physician's office, cause 
of death, etc.
I am only getting articles on surgical outcomes for patients where 
surgery was done in hospital vs office , or doctor's feelings on death, 
prevention of suicide and the like.
Any suggestions, please?
