I do not understand BRM. Why is that better than NOT? What am I supposed to learn from BRM? That I shouldn't resubmit through Docline because all my resources have been tried? It's frustrating to get BRM. 

Anyway, does anyone have "Crossing the quality chasm: a new health system for the 21st century / Commitee on Quality Health, 2001?"

I would like to borrow it for a short time. Thanks for your help.
