I've been asked to find information about the effects/prognosis for an
infant with an unbalanced translocation of chromosomes 10 and 16,
diagnosed postnatally.  I have tried PubMed and Google Scholar plus a
few genetics websites.  I took a look at the specialized genetics
databases in NCBI but really have no idea which to use or how to use
them.  I do need some guidance!
