Subject: Electronic resources for differential diagnosis

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know of any electronic resources that can perform
differential diagnosis on multiple symptoms? Say a provider has a
tricky case with an unusual constellation of symptoms. Most resources
I've looked at (like MD Consult, for instance) seem to allow just
searching on one symptom and return results for different possible
diagnoses for that one symptom. What I'm looking for is something that
will allow entry of multiple search terms and a cross-matching of
results. I'm guessing there has to be something out there that does
this, but I've not been in the profession long enough to have heard
about it. If I'm missing something obvious, don't hesitate to point
that out!

Many thanks,
Paul
