Hello,

I am looking for this article's CME questions. I have the article (it's free).  I need JUST the CME questions for a resident.  I checked the AFP website and you have to be a member to get at the CME.  

If you can send them to me I would be very greatful.   I can send a DOCLINE request/pay up to $12 EFTS if necessary but would prefer free.
